@vocalist1952 : I love this music. It does touch your heart. It was inspired, informed and motivated by faith. But, as hard as I try, all I see and hear is nothing but wonderful humans left alone to deal with life's sorrows & joys - nothing more.

This hymn is still performed in communities where retired railroaders are found. I have heard it sung at more than one funeral in Terre Haute, Indiana.
