Man I miss this game. I came in late, 2008, but I didn't love it any less. I loved this game so much, even with the redesigns and stuff. This video make me really sad. But it's good you were there. I wish I could have been.

@drakegroth I'm honestly not sure what happened with them, I got in contact with a few on facebook I was in the RSS "Rebellion Secret Service" on Europe-Chimaera, but then we moved and my crafter alt got left behind when the server went under. I only hope that Star Wars: TOR can fill the gap in my soul where SWG was. RIP Higai Hellraiser.

In the time that I played the trial I still had fun and made it pretty far in a 7 day trial ( school vacation gave me enough time) this has to be the greatest Star Wars game ever I just hope they bring it back up New and Improved or make a 2nd version

@PhoenixKing117 The only reason had to shut down was because Lucas Arts didn't want to renew the license on the game. As it would compete with the new Star Wars MMO that was coming out, SWTOR. Odds of there being another version of SWG is almost Zero, unless you count SWGEmu.

:/ It wouldn't let me even log in in the last days. Said my subscription was up, even though I had a month left... Guess i'll never get to see my characters, friends, ships again.
