Punch-Out!! Trailer Outtakes

Thank you to all of the response for our Punch-Out!! Trailer. It has been great reading the comments and knowing that people enjoyed our work. We had many requests asking for additional scenes and outtakes. This blooper/gag reel shows some of the difficulties in filming, the scenes we had trouble cutting (but had to), and the great time we had making this. Below are answers to some of the more common questions regarding the Punch-Out!! Trailer.

FAQ:

1. We are not professionals. Some of the people involved in the video are/have been employed in the film industry, but we are not a professional production company (as you'll see in the outtakes).
2. We did not win the contest, as many of you had hoped. Somebody even threatened the welfare of kittens, unless it did. It was a great experience anyway, and we are ecstatic that the response outside of the contest has been so positive. Please don't hurt the kittens.
3. We did submit our entry correctly and on time. It was seen by the judges, but just wasn't their cup of tea, we guess.
4. The film was made entirely for the 2007 Nintendo Short Cuts Contest. We started writing the day the contest was announced (May 15th) and finished a final cut the day before it ended (June 5th).
5. We didn't have a ton of money to shoot the film, or Hollywood connections to help. The team loved the idea so much that spending the (little) money we did and putting in a lot of all-nighters seemed like a good move.
