Most Pakistanis are Punjabis and we use this script to write in Punjabi. Muslim Punjabis have been using this script to write Punjabi for centuries. Read Bulleh Shah's poetry, a 17th century Punjabi Sufi poet he uses this exact script. Hindu/Sikh Punjabis cant read our script and we cant read Hindu/Sikh script. This video was meant for Muslim Punjabis and almost all Muslim Punjabis are in Pakistan and we understand this script not the one used in india.
