This is two weeks in one video. I didn't realize how long the video was until I had it all done, sorry it's a bit lengthy!
Lift up, drop down and vortex. Lift is bringing the hoop from you waist, neck, or legs to above your head. Drop is bringing it back down from above. Vortex is simply putting those two together. I'm still working on that lift with the second hand, also my vortex is a little shaky.
