@PotatoNirvash I know. I heard of the N64 disc drive and I totally agree with you, but if it wasn't for that we wouldn't of had the gamecube now would we.

@shadowlover1996 yah. then again their was the n64 disc drive and it did have a startup sound. but it was just an add on system, such as the sega genesis add ons. and the disc drive was such a commercial failure, that it wasnt released outside of Japan.
