It is NOT plexi-glass - it is tempered glass.
Tempered glass - is made to explode into a million peices like that. It sure beats leaving large glass shards that can cut to the bone - or small glass needles that can go THROUGH a bone - as plexiglass or regular glass does!!!!!!
Tempered glass can do neither - it just explodes into a million peices - and is really not THAT hard to break - you just have to hit it as a specific angle - and it will break into a million peices!!!!!!!
