Ah, the "Assassin" boss fight. Also known as "The bit where the game goes 'Bullet Hell' on you." Which is a problem when your hitbox is as ginormous as it is in Tyrian :)

indeed, the level "dreadnot" is probably one of my favourite levels of tyrian.

Oh man I loved the music in OMF.. I remember downloading that demo back in '95.. I'd try to run it on my old 386 runnign Win95.. hahaha poor thing would crash but I had to listen to the music!! The OMF theme was awesome.

Tyrian 2k has a data-cube transmission that is apparently from Steffan Thomas from OMF:2097. In it they discuss dueling with a Nova Mark 3 HAR. This would imply that the universes of Tyrian and OMF could be the one and the same albeit different points in time. I would like to think this is true, it has so many fun possibilities!
