It is one of those classic cases, which RR has editorialized about in previous videos, where the "state" hurts itself by aggressing vindictively. This is a shameless act of political opportunism for which the state has become so well-versed ("let no crisis go wasted"), coming on the heels of the AZ shooting. The arrogance of going after an 80yo man for his speech should backfire and this is, in reality, a great chance for the liberty-minded to seize the momentum. This is of vital interest.

I used jury nullification to start a conversation with an attractive woman when I had jury selection. Alas, some good little Nazi must have overheard and told on me. They sent me home after a 30-45 min. Q&A.

A tactic the feds like to use is to pursue a prosecution right up until it's obvious they're going to lose then drop the case. When a similar "crime" is committed they try it again until they get a conviction.

This way they avoid the "no, the feds can't do that" precedent that a dozen judges tried to hand down and get the "go for it" ruling from one authoritarian judge.

That precedent then makes a conviction the next time they pull their garbage more likely.

Criminal defense lawyers have a saying "you can beat the rap but you can't beat the ride". This is yet another sad testament to the farce of the "justice" system.

Cops (government) do not care if their arrest is based on false premises, there are no consequences to them.

Anyone near Orlando, FL? I will be handing out FIJA brochures tomorrow morning at the Orange County Courthouse, Orlando FL. I arrive there at 7:15am and leave about 8:45am. I hand out at least, 350 flyers to the prospective jurors on Monday mornings and sometime other weekday mornings. I would appreciate any help, If anything else just to monitor me so I do not get set up and arrested. Mark

Not everyone can attack on all fronts... Jury Nullification is extremely important to the freedom fight as is the free state project and simple things like talking to people you know on a personal level about the gun in the room...

You seem to care a lot about chemtrails. Please feel free to work on that front and the people in Keene will work on what they feel is most important to them...
