We want "Drums on fire"!

its not hacked... you can do this with the guitar heros controllers, just plug it straight into your computer and then go to game controllers.

wat does windows recognize it as, like what is the controller name on the pc?
-
would this work as a midi controller(eg. Trigger Finger) that i can plug in with something like garage band and use?
-
@dxprog who cares what people thank man do what u got to do bro that kid is a low life
-
Just to prove how cheap they are, the PC version of guitar hero uses the exact same controller as the Xbox, Xbox logo and everything.

It's not hacking and it's not "trouble". You just plug it into any USB port and it'll install itself. Xbox controllers are meant to work on PC's. Now, what you do with this is all up to you. It doesn't have to be used as an actual controller.

The drums, guitar and surprisingly mic. do work on PCs. For PS3 and Xbox 360.

@ObscurelyUnkown It's a USB peripheral, just plug it into your computer's USB port.

@dxprog
is yours for xbox or ps? and do u happen to kno whether u will need software or drivers for the PS version? Ive read a couple places that people claim that windows will recognize it without installing drivers... But want to make sure b4 i make a purchase.

@ObscurelyUnkown I've got the 360 version, so I'm not really aware of how well the PlayStation ones are supported (though, like you said, everybody says they just work). One thing I would note: if you do invest, get a wired drum kit to be double sure.

i would hardly consider this "hacking" u just plug it in and download the program for it and it works instant;y

This video was made nearly two years ago before the Windows Xinput drivers supported third party controllers.
