They were wonderful In 1959 theywere performing for the military on Okinawa. The marines were in the boondocks up in the Northern Area. Those ladies went up North and sang for us from the bed of an eight.by. They were just darlings.

What a shame that Andrew Solt productions is setting on the other tapes of this
band. This video is a good case for Fair Use....The KIM SISTERS were a unique
entity at the time. Nobody had ever seen a good all-female pop BAND (PLAYING
INSTRUMENTS).
I hope Sue Kim is successful in getting a documentary made. It's a small but important part of music history.
