More interviews and more of our 36 hour wait in the cold and occasional rain to meet and greet Sarah Palin. This was a huge crowd and we were ready to vote her into the White House today! It really was a great time and many great conversations went on some of whichwe caught on tape. Hope you are with us! Enjoy!

  • What would Palin do in the White House? What has she done to prove that she deserves your vote? OK - she's cute in the glasses and all, but look behind the facade: listen to what she tries to say. What is there about her argument that reflects any kind of thought?

She couldn't even handle being the governor of a state for the entirety of her term. How does her leaving the office of governor prove her worthy for being President?

  • I love this. I was at Meijer in Ft. Wayne and just like this video, everyone - thousands of folks - united and had a wonderful time sharing with one another. Usually with crowds like that, there are security issues, etc. But she has such a gift to bring the best out in folks. Thanks again for posting this!

  • If your god is so powerful and well-meaning, why would he be killing all those people? It makes no sense. If there was a god, life wouldn't have these attrocities. Period. You credit good things to god and bad things to man. You should be crediting BOTH to man. There is no logical explanation for an existance of a god who only does good things 50% of the time. It's called randomness, like flipping a coin. 50% of the time it's one result, 50% of the time it's another.

  • The best reason for genocides and wars is the fallen nature of man. If we turned to God we would not be so evil so often. God didn't cause the strife you speak of, we did!

2nd. The newly conceived person is not a "part" of the mother. They have a completely separate DNA among other things. And they are human. To say otherwise is to fly ignorance in the face of known science. The DNA is not a tomato plant. The baby is human no matter how small!

  • Your god is some joker considering all the attrocities going on in the world. I'm sure you can come up with lots of good reasons for genocides and wars.

Each person has free will to decide what to do with a PART of their body. You are right. This includes cells that are not yet humans.

  • Each person should have the right to life that is in the preamble of our constitution. Each has free will to choose if they wish to aid another by giving a kidney away.

There is a God and He loves you enough to put up with your obstinacy. Otherwise there would not even be a wisp of smoke where you once were.

    Merry Christmas!

  • You didn't answer my question. Should you be allowed to force someone to give up one of their kidneys to save another person's life?

Abstinence does work - in theory. In practice, it's useless. Human nature wins and thus it doesn't work.

There is no god, except in your mind, so it can't give anyone anything.

  • Methinks you're wrong. Check with any high school biology book. It's human and it is living. By your definition Steven Hawkings would not be human. You are judging by the quality of a life not by the intrinsic value God gives to all living human beings. Abstinence does work. I never heard of anyone who got pregnant without having sex. Excluding in vitro! & The BVM too.

  • Obviously, these "controls" of human natures don't work very well, do they? Abstinence, prohibition, etc. All proven to be useless when put into practice.

Science doesn't say anything like that. A human being is a human being when it can function on its own. If it is attached to someone and it's the only way they can exist, it's just a part of that other human being. If you're so pro-life, then you should be for forcing someone to donate their kidney to save another life by the same notion.

  • The last time I checked Science said that the baby was "Human" as soon as the chromosomes of the sperm and the egg combine and start to divide into two cells. Science says it is human. That is not the DNA of a tomato plant growing in there. A new and different human being is alive at that point. And I did not say the mother chooses to become pregnant. I said she chooses to have sexual relationships. Many thing go against human nature. We are not animals and we can control our urges!

  • Religious right are the ones prohibiting the use of birth control and promotin abstinence (which goes against human nature and obviously doesn't work).

  • No one is advocating killing anyone. The issue has always been that your religious right's definition of when the fetus is considered a human being is different from what everyone else's definition. Pro-CHOICE advocates put the life of an already existing human being BEFORE anything else.

Also, your proposition that the woman CHOSE to get pregnant is ridiculous. Women who CHOOSE to get pregnant are not the ones getting abortions. Religious are in part to blame for many unwanted pregnancies.
