I believe the country needs to change. There is too high of a tolerance for economic disparity. However I do not think that foreigners are the reason for the economic disparity. Foreigners, especially investors, stimulate out economy and create more jobs for Singaporeans. I think this video is xenophobic. The real issue is that the PAP has become too capitalistic and lost some of its socialistic values.

This video is not about investors who "stimulate our economy". This is about the PMET FTrash who are less qualified than Singaporeans but replacing Singaporeans at work simply because they are cheaper to employ. This has already happened everywhere in Sg. Have you not been mixing around with the "commoners" recently? Hence this video is not xxenophobic, but a depiction of the reality on the ground.

That's because we do not compare ourselves to Malaysia, but to 1st world countries.

There seem to be only two credible politicians in the opposition parties - Mr Chiam See Tong and Mr Low Thia Kang. When Singaporeans vote, they vote for persons or parties of creditability. There's a real tie when a creditable person meets a member of a creditable party.

PAP politicians have a natural advantage in this sense, because of the work the PAP have done over the years, while politicians from opposition parties often work at personal charisma, which the two mentioned have.

PAP running dogs are very eager to promote Chiam and Low because Mr. Low has openly said that his party will not challenge PAP's ruling position for the next 50 yrs, while Chiam has shown by his 20 years record that he is most (only?) useful for PAP to "prove" to the world that Sg is a "democracy".

So your promotion of Chiam and Low is understandable! :) Meanwhile the rest of us patriotic Singaporeans will support other parties which are patriotic, capable and want to replace PAP.

The salary of SG police and armed forces is publicly available, just as those of Hong Kong are. A simple comparison shows that the former is much higher than the latter and indeed higher than most, if not all 1st world countries. You are therefore lying through your teeth. Your claim that Sg will not be more democratic/compassionate under Lim Chin Siong, because "we had Goh Chok Tong who's admitted to being Hokkien as Prime Minister, and we still have him as Minister" makes no sense.
