Me showing how to do Oblique Side Crunches. This is nowhere near the my best physical shape, but I wanted to show you what I looked like after slacking off for a few weeks.

I love how Randy said ''you want to make sure your body is completely straight'' I laughed out loud, and wondered if that was a second take.
I also love his Youtube vids because they are about more than one topic (if you know what i mean) he is showcasing and sharing his love of healthy living, both in a social and physical way.
