James, Melissa and Smokey have taken the ED and all in it hostage. They don't care that they're risking the lives of critically ill Brian and young Georgina, who is awaiting a heart transplant...
Jack, unaware that the entire ED is being held hostage, spends time flirting with Sophie in the Pathology lab. Neither is aware a bomb has been planted under the very bench on which they're leaning...

James takes Erica with him to rob the Pharmacy and puts her in a horribly compromising situation...

Meanwhile Melissa struggles to keep her calm as Frank pushes all her buttons...

The bomb goes off, flooring the Pathology staff and knocking Jack unconscious...

And in the bedlam that follows, threats are made, tempers are stretched and lives are lost. And at the end of it, Frank makes a decision that looks likely to cost him his job. (more)
