Nurburgring Lap 1M Coupe vs CSL

A lap with a Bmw 1M Coupe on the Nurburgring. The car was awesome and no problems whatsoever. BTG lap time was 8.15 with traffic and i also needed to back off throttle for an accident in the last part. Without traffic and the accident under 8 min BTG is possible. I am following a CSL. Which is a nurburgring track day car. CSL has a cage, big brakes, lightweight exhaust and race seats en runs on pilotsport cup tires. The 1M coupe was completely off factory. I was amazed how well this 1M coupe runs on the Nurburgring.

Nette Runde Jungs, bei der Anfahrt Hatzenbach hört man mich hinten hupen, da wollte ich gerade vorbei, aber der 1 M zieht kurz nach links, war nicht so gut, ansonsten seid ihr schön gefahren.

Great driving skills. 1M is an amazing Track car though, but CSL is still CSL. :) With more bravery and skills CSL can show its full potential i think. CSL can lap about 7.50 without traffic

That really is some amazing driving skills! It even looked like the M3 CSL slowed you down in some of the corners in the beginning. Absolutely amazing!

Top gereden. Het makkelijk bijhouden van zo'n track-spec CSL in een 1M (die volgens mij meer een drift- dan een racemachine is) verraadt skills van de coureur! Mooi om te zien dat de GoPro zulke mooie beelden maakt, heb er onlangs eentje aangeschaft voor drift- en racefilmpjes. Is zo'n rollbar mount aan te raden voor in-auto beelden?
