The truly sad aspect is CPS has a list of children under their guardianship who were killed, throats slashed, or put into a freezer with their sister to suffocate...asphyxiation, burns, strangulation, and even children listed as LOST...names? Angelika Nicole Arndt, Logan Marr, Kendall Layton Hart,Jeremy Celetano,Kelsey Smith-Briggs, Janessa D Aguirre,Jasmine Nicole Bowman, Minnet Cecelia Bowman...all DEAD under CPS/DSHS/DCFW/DSS/DHS/child welfare...We must all watch over the children

ii cried soo hard watching this video.. how can someone be so cruel, cold && heartless so something so full of innocence, ESPECIALLY the Mother, the woman who gave birth to these beautiful angels :( it sickens mii to read these sad stories. RIP you beautiful beautiful little girls!

as soon as the it started i was balling my eyes out cause its just horrible wat kind of messed up person would do that to cute and loveable lil girls!!!!!!!!!!! and im on;y 11 and i m gonna do something about all of this somedat like this if u agree with me!!!!! :'( I LOVE ALL OF YOU CONCRETE ANGELS EVEN THOUGH I NEVER KNEW YOU!!!!!!!!:'((((

I honestly do not understand how any parent let alone anybody could eve hurt or kill a child!! They are precious innocent human beings who do nothing but try and bring joy into peoples lives. How could anyone take that away?? RIP SWEET LITTLE ANGELS EVERYWHERE!!! YOU ARE AND ALWAYS WILL BE LOVED NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE EVER TOLD YOU!! -3

Ever wondered why women and men aren't required to attend parental classes, undergo phychiatric assessment and obtain a permit BEFORE being allowed to bring a child into the world? It is just my guess but I believe that only 30% and probably less adults can be classified as ideal parents. The remaining 70 % haven't a clue and could care less.
