Hmm was this suppose to be the story the guy told in the beginning, because it's kinda different from what the guy was telling.
If you look closely Eiko is the last ghost. When she got into the appartment she got locked in and took over from the other girl. So now at the end this other girl says Let's Play, so she will be the next victum.
