This video was taken in our usual spot in Vicente Lopez Costanera in one of the first non-rainy sunday in the last month or so. The wind was not perfect, but good enough to do some tricks. The kite is my very nice E3 that is being flown the most frequently of all the kites in my bag.
There not many great tricks, basically some nice axels, yo-yos and quite some 540s and a lot of landings and take offs. Hope you like this new vid and leave a comment if you do.

  • I'm just starting to fly stunt kits my uncle gave me and my brother a prism quad and were addicted how do you land it though it would help me greatly to learn how to do that thanks

  • @billyfootball85 What kite is the one you received from your uncle? I mean, you said "prism quad", you mean quad-line?, is it one of the Tensor series or Snapshot series? I ask this because landing a quad is substantially different than landing a dual (like the E3 in this video). The quads have brakes, you can land it in the middle of the wind window by just pulling from the brake lines or pushing the power lines.

  • Thanks for your response, I kinda thought it would be a little different than the E2. Kinda looks more like a qpro with a E2 kick. Lol I'm gonna get it I think, I've been trying to yo yo 4 ever w my E2, it's kinda tricky 4 me neway. Thanks again for the info it's great to hear from a fellow pilot. Lol

  • @runeski74 Don't get mislead to believe the E2 can't yo-yo, it's more than capable of that, as you can see in my video "Prism E2 stunt kite - 28-mar-2010" where I do quite a few yo-yos with my old E2; that kite is completely standard except for the addition of yo-yo stoppers clamped over the leading edge (like the E3) some tail weight and couple of nylon glades (a piece of nylon zip tie) over the upper connectors.

  • Very nice video, Ive been thinking on getting the E3, I have an E2 already. Think theres much of a difference? I love my E2! Just wondering your thoughts, Great vid!

  • @runeski74 It is a different kite, it flies differently, in some aspects is a more modern kite, it has less over steering and it is a little bit easier to yo-yo, but with the standard bridle it is very difficult to backspin. All in all, it is a very good kite for the price.

  • ...absolutly cool! Love that kite, like your expertise - great vid!

  • @marani1970 You're are quite an observer, you noticed the lack of standard straps. When the wind is very light, like it was when video was shot, I prefer to use a kind of finger strap that I designed and made using a piece of thick sleeved nylon cord, I like this handle cause I get a better feel of the line and the kite, can do more smooth and precise moves. Best regards.

  • omg love this...there is nothing better in the world then flying a kite... question are you using standard straps or handles of sorts? i was trying to see.

  • @Kukucs1958 I'm glad you liked it, thanks for your nice comment.
