i agree with you 100%. i don't believe in the death penalty either (how is it right that our own government can kill people and then turn around and lock people up for killing too) but then again, I've never been put in a situation that would change that point of view (losing a family member to murder, etc.). i still believe people can change. you are right, God is the one that should judge us but that's not always the case. but yes, i agree with you all the way.
