Latin Dragon is a ground-breaking film featuring spectacular displays of rhythmic martial arts and non-stop action. Decorated war hero and former covert agent Danny Silva (Fabian Carrillo) returns to his East LA Neighbourhood, only to find corrupt land speculator Bishop Thorn (Gary Busey) and his henchman Frank (Lorenzo Lamas) terrorizing the local population with a band of out of control street gangs responsible for violent destruction, fires and killings. Aligning himself with his old parish priest and his former girlfriend, Danny reluctantly begins a long and tortuous journey of revenge, redemption and restoring the safety of the neighbourhood.
