1) 7:30 PM public hearing on the authorization of a Loan Agreement and the issuance of Notes to evidence the obligation of the City thereunder, in regards to refinancing of Library Bonds. a) Resolution instituting proceedings to take additional action. b) Approval of Tax Exemption Certificate. c) Resolution approving and authorizing a form of Loan Agreement and authorizing and providing for the issuance of Capital Loan Notes and levying a tax to pay the Notes.
2) Approval of Change Order No. 4 on the A Avenue Bridge project
3) Approval of Pay Estimate No. 4 on the A Avenue Bridge Project.
4) Discussion of FEMA mapping.
5) Second consideration of golf cart ordinance.
6) Resolution authorizing the filing of an application for State of Iowa Safe Routes to School funds for pedestrian improvements the City of Kalona, Iowa.
