I find it funny that when I was religious I cared about people and now that I reject religion and despise Christian dogma, I still care for people. I realize now not everyone needs to be cared for, though. Some are disgusting and vile. That's a pretty big part of humanity. :(

Dude, if that is truly your idea of religion and church, and you're not trying to yank our chain, I feel sorry for you. You don't need a church to have God. If you are basing your faith on the behaviour of a man made group/organization and the members thereof, you need to reexamine God and religion. As to Satanism, Satan is a Christian concept - if you are a "satanist" you are actually a participant in Christianity, because there cannot be Satan w/o God. It's a yin yang thing. Try again....

It's good to have your own foundations. I've only recently thought to myself ... Why do I care what other people think about me? Can they hurt me? No. Would I care if they did? No. Do I want to impress them? Nope.
Whether I'm the only Satanist in my area or part of a community, I don't need other people to make me feel secure or make me feel like I'm right.There's my opinion.
