I need help identifying this song Moby Grape Sample Song ?

So about 13 years ago I downloaded this song off napster. It was just listed as Moby Grape Sample Song. Does anyone know if it is really Moby Grape and what song it is? Thanks

My guess is that someone sampled a few measures of a live version of Grape's "I Am Not Willing," then added the crappy toy synth riffs and Lou Reed-ish vocals. There's currently a live version of "Not Willing" on YouTube so you can compare and hear for yourself.

I have no idea who this is but I don't think this is Moby Grape. It's somebody or some band taking the main melody of Moby Grape's song "I Am Not Willing" (which you can find on their album "Moby Grape '69") and doing their own thing with it.
