  • WAAS if you look at Wikipedia has both land based correction stations and WAAS Satellites that provide GPS Correction signals to increase the accuracy. Wikipedia has some great information on WAAS System of land based and satellite based correction.

  • I thank you for the videos. One Goof though. He said WAAS satellites moved with the Earth. WAAS is in EVERY one. WAAS is a correction that is sent from stations in North America (on fixed ground) that correct the positions and data in the actual satellites. They know exactly where they are on Earth and they send corrections to the satellites.
