You guys are right, it's not Limp Bizkit.
It's Fred when he was like 19 or something.
For those who don't believe me: it would be good to turn on your speakers once in a while. Unlike his usual style he's rapping normally here, and he's A LOT younger, but you can still hear it's his voice. Try listening to an interview and then this and you'll see the similarity.

yeah it's LB, just a different style. I believe that this song may have been made when they were young maybe around the Mental Aquaducts era but i'm not too sure.
