@iseldoff Well, normally you can only exchang them for food or drinks, like some cans of soda or some bags of chips, however, there is also a possibilty to exchange`em for small gold bars, depending on the amount of balls that you`ve won. And these you can trade in for money.

Loooooooooooooovvvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeee Pachinko! I've seen I survived a Japanese Game Show. The losers had to clean the million balls. Donnel should have eliminated the person who failed the " Human Crane wins Stuffed Panda." Anyone watch that?
