For god's sake people, this is an MG TF!

I doubt that's a Chinese car. The trunk didn't end up next to the engine compartment.

The windscreen support pilar did not move !

@tosuskuromini i agree

@astorothcr I agree with you but you forget to mention that if the local partner works with a company from abroad, they will have to share industrial knowledge and technologies, hence the techno-transfer. Airbus has been forced to do that in order to sell A320s to Chinese airline companies. The next step (currently) is the manufacturing of Chinese versions of the A320 after a technology transfer.

@rugbytlse Technically this is not the case.. Nanjing automobile just bought almost all properties that once belongs to BMC group.. austin, healey, MG, Longbridge factory, etc.. the company works in China has to find a local partner, but not necessarily have to share it's technology. Even if the Chinese do have the technology, they just can't make a proper product. That's why Chinese MG is still producing ancient models.
This is not a chinese car !
This is the real and old MG TF of 2003

@alSation81 That's what they do with every company that wants to work in China, they are forced to trade (give away?) their technology. It's protectionism in disguise.
