Here's the eVFR after we put all the fairings on. Some high speed runs, and an explanation of the overall system.

this is the motorcycle at 72V, we're in the process of upgrading to 120V of some Headway 38120S LiFePO4 batteries, larger controller and fiberglass fairings.
Very neat job, very impressive. What kind of top speed were you getting with the lead acid batteries, and what was the accelleration like?

@alanhaskins Thanks! With the old lead, we had it up to 60-65mph, acceleration was about that of a 250, maybe with a little more acceleration.

@alanhaskins top speed was about 60mph because of gearing (had it to 65 with the original rear sprocket). The acceleration was like a 350cc sized bike, maybe a little more. The lead was weak. lifepo4 should be much better

Nice, how long will this last on a charge
nfarnham2008 1 year ago
@nfarnham2008 With the original used lead batteries, maybe 15 miles. I'm currently upgrading to 6.1kwh of LiFePO4, and that should give me between 40 and 60miles depending on how I ride.
