What bugs me is how the salesman's smile vanished less than a second after he figured he didn't need to smile anymore. What a disgrace! Clearly he doesn't appreciate Zenyatta, his job, nor viewers of the ad. He showed he's unfit to do the job, and if it was my racetrack he'd be gone quicker than losing parimutuel tickets.
