This movie is included on the new 70th Anniversary Wizard of Oz DVD set for those that were looking for it.

I loved this movie when I was a kid just as much as "the Wizard of OZ". I want to watch it!

I just uploaded two small parts of this movie -I didn't use the title as I don't know what is happening with the copyright (so I cannot upload the whole thing) but there are a couple of segments under my videos.

There is an other movie like this. It's called " Dreamchild " and it's about lewis carroll the man who wrote the alice in wonder land books.

Jack Haley were not there.

Many liberties were taken with the television movie: the real Dorothy was still a baby when she died, but they made her a little older to give her more of a role. The publishing houses rejection of the story, first titled "The City of Emeralds", came by mail and not in person at their offices.
