LAMO....this is one of my favorite videos. If Cook is the best singer then he would be able to sing anything. I have yet to see any song David A. sing that wasn't beautiful. He just has a voice that can sing anything....like Randy said "He could sing the phonebook and make it good"

I actually just listened to this again after hearing the 2 Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas performances, it reminded me of this lil gem.
An interesting thing to note in the videos is the amount of cheers DURING the singing. Are those Utah fans just WAAAAY rowdier than the fans in LA?

You can hear the contrast again by searching on "Cook Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" sung last week at Disneyworld and then search on "Archuleta Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" sung last month at Jingle Balls. Same thing. I like DC and think he's a nice guy and all...but pulleez! Nothing special in the vocal department.

It's unfair to compare the two because they sang on different venues.

The National Anthem isn't in a genre. If you can sing, you can sing the National Anthem. Cook can't, so he basically he can't sing. And just because the Cook fans voted harder, doesn't make him a better vocalist.

Oh no this is still going on.
They are both amazing.
Either one deserved to win.
Sure Im a Cook fan but they both have awesome voices so stop fighting over it.
They are too different to compare.
