Thanks a lot for the comments,on pickles and omelette. In reality an omlette, or as a matter of fact any meal, in MUMBAI, India, (where i am from) is always served with a mango or lemon pickle. The instant pickles are spicy by AMERICAN CULINARY DEFINITION .
However , with popularity of MEXICAN, INDIAN, ITALIAN, AND CHINESE FOODS ,that i have noticed has changed that traditinal definition. Besides spicy does not mean necessarily, pungent/burning.explaination follows....please wait...
