Stephen Cole will anchor a financial crisis debate in Lisbon at the World Telecommunication Policy Forum (WTPF), organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). WTPF is a high-level international event to exchange views on the key policy issues arising from todays fast changing information and communication technology (ICT) environment. WTPF 2009 will take place in Lisbon from 21-24 April.

Formerly with BBC, Stephen Cole is now Al Jazeera International's newscaster.
