No income tax. No property tax.
This state should operate on a sales tax alone. It is easily possible and will actually generate an economic boom in the state benefiting everyone.

Florida income tax is the answer, flat rate of 5% on income up to $25,000.00. Impose taxes on out of state workers, I pay taxes when I go to NC to work.
