16 of the world's finest 9-Ball Players from nine nations compete for the title of World Pool Master. The game is 9-Ball, with each match a race to 8 racks with alternate breaks.

Why do we always fall into this stupid debate about snooker players or pool players are "greater"? Snooker is snooker and pool is pool, when you play any game and lose, you are just not good enough in THAT particular game. And don't forget Pagulayan is a great snooker player, too, in fact, a champion.

snooker pockets are very small so you dont want to sharp of cut shots. the straighter the shot the more accurate the shotmakeing. you also want to avoid sidespin. paulturton27 your a fucking dipshit that dosent seem to know much about billiards.

Steve Davis not playing great for his standards. I don't buy what the commentators say about him not understanding the angles and such. Its as much a part of snooker as anything.
