材料:馬鈴薯切絲、青椒絲、辣椒絲、香油、鹽、雞粉、米酒 做法: 1.馬鈴薯切絲之後用1/100的鹽水泡過避免變色,再撈起瀝乾備用。 2.起鍋用少許油爆香辣椒絲,馬鈴薯絲加入大火快炒,再加入鹽、雞粉、米酒調味,炒勻之後加入青椒絲,滴少許香油,快速炒勻即可起鍋。
