I don't get it why you understand jazz in the first place. Jazz stands in a big part for innovation: and this IS innovation; bass using as a lead instrument.

LOL man I don't want to sound like an asshole but that's a 60's Fender Jazz, worth at least 3-4k dollars :)

That bass looks like SHIT. However im not suprised it plays so well- in fact I think its kind of cool to have an instrument like that that may have a horrible selling price, but is worth much more to the musician.
Im trying to learn a dumbed down version of this opn piano. jazz is hard! great job overall.

Nice bass playing. Also, a good change to see a bass as a lead instrument, and suits this melodic piece. A bit messy in places.
