sry, but the 5870 is the fastest single GPu card. The 5970 has 2 gpu's but on 1 pcb.

All these EVGA 2gb cards over heat. I never had a problem with my 4 year old Gigabyte. still out lasted my EVGA. Gigabyte has much better quality.

Nothing to be sorry about bud this card is 10 or 11 months old and considering the 5970 is new it aint all that impressive especially as its just 2 handicapped 5870s on one board.

Sure that's the FTW Edition? Because EVGA's GTX 285 FTW Edition I bought came with a backplate. And EVGA claim all their FTW cards will have backplates.

if your FTW came with backplate then its a fake FTW mine were the true 720 core FTW yours will be really an ssc at 702, with a backplate which imo doesnt make it FTW.
