David Eagleman's created his own spiritual philosophy.
Possibilianism is forward looking take on agnosticism. It assumes that the universe is too complex for us to currently understand. But leaves the possibility science might some day fill in the blanks.
There's a lot of truth to this.

it is not Certainty, it just means that you stop believing in something untill the proper evidence is presented. Atheist are not certain, it is not difficult to understand, it is the default position. You don't believe in something untill you have a good reason for it.

@MagicalSunrise1984 I didn't notice that, I guess I forgot that I learnt that one from an outside source.. Theres a few questions that always give me inperation for psycology and it's quite simple.. Are our thoughts the end result of an equation of perception, or the result of something we cannot see yet... I'll leave this with you... Where Is a thought before you think of It.

i tend to think/believe the same
except for the last sentence maybe - i think electrical signals in the brain is a part of our perception
there may be other parts we don't know of yet, and maybe never will
so we can call them "magic" or dismiss them if we like ;)

@MagicalSunrise1984 It doesn't matter what tools we use In the universe to find out our answers the truth is we'll only be advancing the tools we already have think about it In this reality there Is absolutely no way that you can be certain, everything we already Know is an opinion... because we can't even be sure if what we are seeing is even there at all. As morpheus ( spelling ) says in the matrix.. Our perception Is just electrical signals In the brain."

Science is a method of understanding the universe and as we learn more we are less wrong than we were before.

up until now, this attitude describes best my attitude thinking phylosophy - it's is not only the 'we know we don't know' because we do know, but not enough
it is a complexed approach to knowladge, however, the only one which can explain the existance of paradoxes where the scientific or religious way of dealing with paradoxes is to "understand" then and exlain them away - the premise that paradoxes have to be explained away or turned into wonders leaves gaps Possibilianism fills.
