I'm not the video owner, but I do know that it is extremely expensive to live in NY, especially Manhattan. They are some of the highest prices in the U.S. and to live there you have to sacrifice a lot, have roommates, or live in another borough in NYC. I don't live there, but I've researched on it for months.
