  • I do cardiac perfusions in my lab with PFA and this procedure is ridiculous. There is no need to cut that much.

  • To avoide damaging the vein it would be maybe better to stabilize the catheter with suture material. you just have to place a string under the vein, make a knot (but dont close it), insert the catheter and close the knot above the catheter...
