Nice vid! This video made me want poached eggs this morning for breakfast! I use vinegar to hold the egg whites better as they poach.

you can also make them in a cup in the microwave just add a bit of water and cook for 20-30 sec...also if you make them like this and sort of swirl the water just as you cook them the white sits nicer!
