Special guest, former Redskins LB, LaVar Arrington calls in with a truly unique interview. He played for Penn State under JoPa, was the #2 overall pick in the 2000 draft, 3 time pro-bowl'er and creator of the Xtreme Procision complete football training system. He provides some great insight to his system and company as well as a few nice stories and words about former coach, Joe Paterno.

Finally, the tables turn for Kyle Williams. After all the death threats this past week after he flubbed a couple catches that helped the Giants pull out a 20-17 win last week, 7 year old Los Angelesian Owen sent a heart wrenching, tear jerking letter to Mr. Williams. Sometimes, it's the positive reinforcement that helps struggling players.
