@johnnysasaki Actually Whether Caim is disgusted is arguable, most likely just shocked.
-
Caim feels disgusted because Manah reveals to him in front of Furiae that she has incestuous feelings for him, that's why she commits suicide and said "don't look at me".The english version changed the dialogue to hide the incest

Here goes my theory: Inuart wants to save Furiae from the burden of the godess. He abducts her and beds her, so she can become normal woman again. Then Caim comes, Mahna shows him what his beloved Furiae had done and he feels betrayed and turns his head disgusted. Furiae can not bear his contempt and kills herself.

The fact that you can't "see" her in the beginning is a tactic used in many RPGs; the veiling of the face allows that character's identity to remain an enigma of sorts, until the time comes for that character to reveal himself/herself. Hence why the voice(s) match both sprites when she is revealed as such. :)
The coloring used might refer to the fact that she is possessed by the Watchers, or that could just be the type of covering they decided to use. I've no clue about that one. XD

i always thought it was a red blob of jelly with a voice, i didn't think it was manah, wat excatly is that red thing in manah i didnt really understand it

I know who that is, that is Manah, duid she hypnotized Inuart?

She manipulated him. Kept using his dreams and forcing him to join the Empire. :(
