  • same as the comment below i hear of this from kevin trdeau as well and had to look it up. wile i was doing it i did'nt feel andthing but now i am so calm wow this does work i have to save this and practic it so i remember it in a stressfull situation i cant wait to try it tomorow at work ill let you all know how it when thank you so much for posting this.

  • I just began my studying of Tapping because of Kevin Trudeaus suggestions. This is the first tapping sequence that I have ever done, but I dont understand the entirety of what Tapping really is. However, I am pretty calm right now.

  • The tapping is effective, better to treat stress and anxiety with this type of therapy than with drugs.

    The volume is too low on the video.

  • Tapping the pressure points do stimulate the brain! Yes tapping does work if you tap correctly!

  • These techniques didn't help me at all;( But i'm glad others are helped by them.
