beleive it or not my mom's bro(my uncle) is the person who won a contest and came up with charge man when he was 10 in 1991 he told me about this when i was 10 years old last year! :D no joke cross my heart and hope to die he made this character. FACT!!!!

his weapon.
at least its better than top spin because of the nice invincibility trick.
the music is awesome(as well as the complete works)
the boss is a tad tricky
overall, not bad except for the ability
