This just kills me this guy was bigger than Bill gates in my opinion and his wife runs off with the patent to costa rica I don't buy that shit one bit I hope GE or whatever jackle short circuted this operation has the most painful death imaginable like ass cancer or something. he deserves it.

@JEHERETIC His wife was the owner of the patent and they got divorced and she ran off to costa rica which sounds pretty weird to me. he had it all right though pretty simple based motor I just wish I could've got that motor out of that car before everything went to shit on him. who lets their wife have the patents to something like this? that's just stupid I mean she didn't do this at all. I think they off her once she got over there in costo rica I mean G E

I'd like to think that he was overly optimistic about the potential but there are plenty of people out there that will scam with this sort of thing.

You can google "Surge motor Troy Reed Dennis Weaver" and find out more.
I got that off the car door in the video.
Apparently,he meant well but was not able to back up his claims.
Much money was spent but the motor was not self-sustaining.
There have been motors and systems that DID work but unfortunately this was not one of them.
He was onto something with this as a kinetic storage system of energy but it was not a successful over-unity motor.
This in'95 but it seems he hasn't given up
