I have a geforce 9400gt PCI
Pentium 4 2,8 Ghz
1 GB RAM
Windows XP SP3
but i can't get more than 15 FPS when i play pictochat level 1 on 1 etc.
do i have to buy a new CPU or something?

I have almost similar computer config as you.. P4 2.8Ghz HT, 1.5Gig RAM, and 256 MB Nvidia Geforce.. I even follow your config images.. but still can't get over 15FPS.. =/

Go in Group/Special Brawl and check the same options I marked in special Brawl
Place 1 character to 1 and only choice or the stage or the final destination or Pictochat
you get a good acceleration in the game

emulator needs at least Dual Core, Geforce 7 series or better,
It was I who put several options for increasing speed, it seems to run cool ta, is usually 20 ~ 35fps
