Please can you share your experience. I am trying to avoid a hysterctomy & find an alternative cure? ANything on the subject would be most welcomed - thank you. I cannot take the pain anymore

thanks for this - its interesting!! I am having tests for endometriosis at the moment. I recently had an ultrasound scan. It showed 2 blobs attached to my uterus wall. Could this be adenomyosis?? Thank you!!

Do you know if Livial or Remifen [natural alternative HRT] would also cause recurrance of bleeding in a patient with Adenomyosis? [she hasn't had a hysterectomy]. Thankyou.

Thankyou for your reply, much appreciated. We wouldn't want to risk her having those terriable 'heavy bleeds' again.Also at it's most severe her uterus was measured "17" with the Adenomyosis.
She has a huge adhesion on her intestine from a previous childhood accident / operation and we think this and the adenomyosis caused an obstruction of the bowel.

Yes, apparently HRT is not an option when you have Adenomyosis. You'd have to have a hysterectomy to prevent the heavy bleeds
